Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 ripe bananas
3 eggs
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
2 small bags chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
Preparation

In large bowl, mash bananas.
Add eggs, salt and vanilla.
Add melted and cooled butter.
Blend well.
Add sugar.
Stir in flour. Blend well.
Add nuts.
Mix well; pour in 3 (8 x 4-inch) pans, greased and lightly floured.
Add mixture.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Allow to cool.
Turn each bread onto foil; wrap.
Keep refrigerated until used.
