Broccoli Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Italian bread dough
    2 (16 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1/2 lb. Italian sausage meat, cut in small pieces (without casing)
    1/2 lb. Ricotta
Preparation
    Roll dough on a floured board as you would for pizza, about 1/2-inch thickness.
    Spread broccoli on top of dough.
    Add sausage, then Ricotta and sprinkle with black pepper and salt.
    Roll dough as you would for a jelly roll, pressing slightly as you roll; seal the ends.
    Bake on cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 loaves.
