Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated raw zucchini
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine oil, eggs, sugar, zucchini and vanilla in a large bowl.
    Blend well.
    Stir in flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Do not beat.
    Stir in nuts.
    Bake in two greased loaf pans at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
