Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. shredded zucchini
    3/4 c. Crisco
    3/4 c. white sugar
    3 c. cake flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Beat together eggs, Crisco, brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla.
    Add mixture of flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, shredded zucchini and pecans.
    Bake for 50 minutes.
