Anisette Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Anisette liquor
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Blend first 4 ingredients.
    Mix next 3 dry ingredients together.
    Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake for 8 minutes.
    Sprinkle with colored sugar while still hot.
