Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    3 beaten eggs
    1 c. oil
    20 oz. frozen strawberries (and juice)
    1 c. pecans
    food coloring
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Make a well in the center of mix. Beat eggs and oil well and add to dry ingredients.
    Stir until moistened.
    Stir in strawberries, pecans and food coloring.
    Divide into 2 greased 8-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes. Leave in pan for 20 minutes.
    Remove, wrap and let stand overnight before slicing.
