Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour, sifted
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 small can pineapple, drained
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix first 6
ingredients
and
mix with last 5 ingredients. Mix well.
Grease
and flour 2 loaf pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.\tFreezes well.
