Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. raw grated zucchini (unpeeled)
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar, oil and zucchini.
Beat; add flour, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda that has been sifted together.
Mix in with mixture well.
Add nuts and vanilla.
Bake 1 1/4 hours at 325\u00b0.
