Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. raisins, floured
flour
Preparation
-
Dissolve yeast in water.
Warm milk.
Add remaining ingredients and enough flour to make a soft dough you can beat with a spoon.
Let rise until doubled.
Add 1 tablespoon at a time to hot oil.
Fry until brown and roll in sugar.
