Gourmet Beef Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef tenderloin, well trimmed
    2 Tbsp. Mein Yen seasoning powder
    1/2 pkg. caraway seed
    fresh mushrooms
    butter
Preparation
    Rub tenderloin with butter.
    Combine Mein Yen with caraway seed and pat on sides of meat.
    Insert meat thermometer and cook at 300\u00b0 until the temperature is 150\u00b0 (about 1 1/2 hours).
    Saute mushrooms and spoon over top before serving.
    Serve beside wild rice.
    Serves 10 to 12.
