Ole-But Goodie Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white or yellow corn meal
    2 c. boiling water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Butter a casserole dish.
    Slowly add meal and salt to boiling water and cook.
    Stir for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat and add butter.
    Beat well.
    Beat in eggs and milk.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
