Powdered Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 c. powdered sugar
1 beaten egg
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream together shortening and powdered sugar.
Beat in egg and add flour, cream of tartar, soda and vanilla.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
