7 Layer Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. onion soup
    1 can mushroom soup mixed with 3/4 can water
    1 large green pepper, sliced very thin
    1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots
    1 large bag Tater Tots
    1 small can Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Layer all ingredients in roaster and cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Uncover for last 15 minutes.
