Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. thinly sliced, unpared zucchini (4 small)
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley or less dried
1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. marjoram or oregano
dash of pepper
1/8 tsp. minced garlic
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until golden.
Cut into 2-inch squares to serve as appetizers.
Good warm or cold.
