Smackeroon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    2 tsp. artificial sweetener
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. shredded coconut
    2 c. Rice Krispies
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until foamy; add cream of tartar.
    Beat until stiff, but not dry.
    Add sweetener, almond and vanilla extracts; beat until blended.
    Fold in Rice Krispies and coconut.
    Drop from teaspoon 1 inch apart onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
