Dutch Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1 c. chopped apples
    1/3 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Cream together margarine and sugar.
    Add and beat well, eggs and
    vanilla.
    Combine
    separately flour, soda and salt; add
    dry ingredients
    alternately with orange juice.
    Fold in apples and walnuts.
    Bake in a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan for 55 minutes, or until loaf tests done.
    Yield:
    1 loaf.
