Chicken Strips In Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 clove garlic
    1 can chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    cooking wine
    1 to 2 lb. chicken
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet with garlic.
    Add chicken strips.
    Cook until white and tender.
    Add wine (optional).
    Remove chicken from pan.
    Pour in 1/2 can chicken broth, heat until boiling.
    Mix cornstarch with remaining broth.
    Pour mixture into pan and stir. Put chicken back in skillet.
    Simmer 5 to 10 minutes (add mushrooms if desired).
    Serve over rice.
