Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease or spray 2 loaf pans and line with aluminum foil.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Make a well in center of mixture and add eggs and oil.
    With a slotted spoon, dip strawberries out of juice and add to mixture.
    Add just enough juice to make batter the consistency of cake batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until it tests done with fork.
    Cool for 15 minutes.
