Cranberry-Orange Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. coarsely cut cranberries
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and soda. Stir in cranberries, walnuts and orange peel.
    Combine egg, orange juice and salad oil.
    Add to dry ingredients, stirring just to moisten.
    Bake in greased 9 1/2 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes or until done.
    Remove from pan and cool.
