Lemon Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 to 2 oz. lemon extract
    3/4 gal. milk
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together well in electric mixer.
    Pour into container of a hand-turned or electric freezer and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
    Let ripen for a while. Makes 1 gallon.
