Ingredients

1 stick butter (no substitute)
1 c. sharp yellow cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red cayenne pepper
1 c. flour
pecan halves
Preparation

Cream
butter;
add cheese, then salt, pepper and flour. Roll into
tiny
balls.
Press half pecan on each ball to flatten. Place on cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven. Makes 40 to 45 cookies; 50 calories for 4 cookies.
