Banana Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Beat eggs; add sugar, shortening, mashed bananas and flour. Mix well, then add nuts.
Set oven at 350\u00b0 and bake for 60 to 70 minutes in loaf pan (greased and floured).
