Apple Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    apples
    pecans
Preparation
    Mix egg, sugar and flour.
    Add 1 cup of boiling water.
    Cook until it thickens.
    Add lemon juice.
    Pour over chopped apples and pecans.
    The salad dressing will keep for about two weeks in the refrigerator.
