Zucchini Walnut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9 1/2 x 5 1/2-inch loaf pan or three 5 3/4 x 3 1/2-inch pans.
In a medium bowl, stir together flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and soda.
In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla and vegetable oil until thick.
Fold dry ingredients into the beaten mixture until well-blended.
Stir in the zucchini and nuts.
Pour into prepared loaf pan or pans and bake 1 hour for large loaf or 40 to 45 minutes for small loaves, until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Remove and cool on rack.
