Joanne'S Sugar Coated Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white, beaten
1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. nut halves

Preparation

Grease cookie sheet.
Mix all ingredients except nuts together.
Dip nuts into mixture and place on sheet.
Bake in 250\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
