Zucchini Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. zucchini, peeled and grated
    1 c. well drained, crushed pineapple
    nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake for 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven. Makes 2 loaf pans.
