Low-Fat Microwave Tex-Mex Turkey Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) can no salt added tomato sauce
1 (10 oz.) can no salt added tomatoes and green chiles (undrained)
2 c. red kidney beans, cooked
2 c. ground turkey, cooked
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Combine onion, garlic and oil in 2-quart glass measure.
Cover with plastic wrap; microwave on High 3 minutes or until onion is tender, stirring every minute.
Add chili powder and next 4 ingredients.
Stir well.
Microwave, uncovered, on High 6 to 9 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring every 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; stir well.
Microwave, uncovered, on High 6 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
