Chocolate Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

In a large bowl, beat sugar, oil and eggs.
Add vanilla and zucchini.
Mix dry ingredients and add alternately with milk to zucchini mixture.
Pour into small (3 1/2 x 6 x 2) loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Allow to stand for 10 minutes and remove from pans and cool.
You could also bake this in a 9 x 13 pan for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
