Magnificent Mandarin Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    2 c. cold water
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
    2 medium bananas, sliced
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water; add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened.
    Fold in fruit; pour into 9-inch round or square pan.
    Chill until firm.
    Unmold onto platter. Combine whipped cream, salad dressing and miniature marshmallows; spoon over gelatin.
    Yields 12 servings.
