Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. thinly sliced unpared zucchini
1 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano or marjoram leaves
dash of pepper
1 clove garlic, finely chopped or dash of garlic salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients.
Spread into greased oblong 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Top with slices of white American cheese.
Cut diagonally (which may be topped with thin slices of tomato).
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake until slightly brown, about 30 minutes.
Cut into 2-inch squares.
