Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. softened margarine
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Cut in margarine with fork or pastry blender until mixture is fine crumbs. Stir in buttermilk. Knead dough lightly on floured surface and put into 7-inch circle.
    Put on greased cookie sheet and cut a cross on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until loaf sounds hollow.
