Sweet Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 beaten eggs
    1 c. peanut oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Stir dry ingredients and set aside.
    Combine eggs, oil, vanilla and potatoes.
    Stir in dry ingredients.
    Fold in pecans.
    Divide batter into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Makes 2 loaves. Contains 180 calories, 2 g protein, 9 g fat, 25 g carbohydrates, 48 mg sodium and 23 mg cholesterol.
