Zucchini Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
3 c. chopped zucchini
1 medium onion
1 box Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small (8 oz.) sour cream
Preparation

Melt margarine in 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Cook zucchini and onion in small amount of water until tender.
Drain and place on top of margarine.
Mix stuffing as directed on box.
Put on top of onion and zucchini.
Mix chicken soup with sour cream.
Spread on top of stuffing.
Dot butter over the top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Very rich, very good.
