Mom'S Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rhubarb, chopped
3/4 c. white sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Put rhubarb in a 11x7 pan.
Combine sugar, cornstarch, and water.
Cook and stir until thick and clear; add vanilla.
Pour over rhubarb.
Combine remaining ingredients, and crumble over rhubarb.
Bake 350\u00b0 40-50 minutes.
