Deluxe Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 c. flour
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans or 5 small loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean.
    Serves 12.
