Amen Steak Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round or chuck steak, 1-inch thick
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
4 small carrots, quartered
2 stalks celery, cut into strips
3 or 4 medium potatoes, cut into halves
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Place meat in center of long piece of foil.
Sprinkle with dry soup mix.
Cover with vegetables.
Dot with butter.
Sprinkle with salt.
Fold in foil.
Seal securely.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until done.
Yields 4 servings.
