Mexican Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
dash of salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
Preparation

Stir all ingredients together.
If needed, add more flour to make a dough texture.
Roll out on flour about 1/4-inch thick. Cut into strips and place in skillet with 1/4 cup of hot oil. Brown both sides until it rises.
Take out and top with butter. In separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Delicious for breakfast.
