Banana Nut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 c. pecans, chopped
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. plain flour
    1 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Beat well after each egg.
    Add bananas and beat well.
    Sift all dry ingredients and add alternately with the buttermilk.
    Add vanilla and pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Great for breakfast or any time.
