Welsh Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
4 eggs
1 large can pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2/3 c. water
Preparation

In a large bowl, cream sugar and oil.
Add eggs and pumpkin. Mix well.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Combine dry mixture and pumpkin mixture, blending well.
Pour into two greased and floured bread pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Cool at least 10 minutes before cutting.
