Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. canned pumpkin
2/3 c. melted Crisco
2/3 c. water
4 whole eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine eggs, pumpkin, Crisco and water; beat well with mixer. Set aside.
Combine all dry ingredients.
Add nuts and mix well with the moist ingredients by hand.
Do not use mixer.
Grease and fill 3 loaf pans half full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Test after 35 minutes.
May not take a full hour.
