Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Beat egg whites until real stiff.
Add sugar slowly.
Add salt and vanilla.
Stir in chocolate chips by hand.
Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet lined with foil.
When oven temperature reaches 400\u00b0, turn oven off.
Put cookies in oven and leave overnight.
Do not open oven door until you take the cookies out.
