Artichoke And Cheese Bread(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

1 long loaf French bread
1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 can artichoke hearts (in water)
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/8 c. chopped parsley
Cheddar cheese
Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Slice bread in half lengthwise.
Hollow out bread halves. Tear insides in bite size pieces and place in a large bowl.
Melt in saucepan the butter, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, artichokes, garlic and parsley.
Pour melted mix over the bread pieces.
Place bread pieces into bread shells. Top with grated Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
Wrap each half in foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
