Mexican Wedding Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1/8 tsp. salt
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter, powdered sugar and vanilla.
    Combine flour, pecans and salt.
    Stir into butter mixture.
    Shape dough in 1-inch balls.
    Place on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned.
    Roll warm cookies in powdered sugar.
    Cool and roll again.
    Makes 36.
