Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients; set aside.
    Combine oil, eggs and sugar in large bowl and mix well by hand or with electric mixer. Gradually add dry ingredients, stirring until all ingredients are moistened.
    Stir in strawberries and pecans.
    Spoon into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool bread 10 minutes in pans.
    Remove to wire rack and cool completely.
