Ginger Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. light molasses
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Stir in molasses, flour and dry ingredients.
    Chill dough for 2 hours.
    Roll balls about 1 inch in diameter.
    Roll balls in sugar; place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
    Bake for 10 to 14 minutes at 350\u00b0.
