"Play" Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. salt
1 c. hot water
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
4 tsp. cream of tartar
food coloring

Preparation

Mix well.
Knead until smooth.
This dough may be kept in a plastic bag or covered container and used again.
If it gets sticky, more flour may be added.
