Cherry Pecan Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. red maraschino cherries, drained and quartered
1/2 c. green maraschino cherries, drained and quartered
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, soda and salt; set aside.
In another bowl, combine eggs, oil, buttermilk and vanilla; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until combined. Fold in nuts and cherries.
