Crock-Pot Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat
    1 can French onion soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Mix meat and soups together in crock-pot.
    Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.
    Add sour cream and mushrooms and cook for another 30 minutes.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
