Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
3 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans
1 c. Crisco oil
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients.
Add pumpkin, oil and eggs.
Add pecans; beat well.
Grease and flour 3 (1 pound) coffee cans. Fill 1/2 full and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
After cooled, put lids on cans.
