Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. confectioners sugar
8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
4 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Gradually add sugar to softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spread into greased 8-inch square pan.
Chill several hours or overnight.
Garnish with additional nuts, if desired.
Yields 1 3/4 pounds.
